UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. Some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, can take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Yes. When your order is dispatched we email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Yes, to selected countries. Delivery to the European Union is £14.99 per order, and to other supported countries (including the USA, Canada, Australia and the UAE) it is £23.99 per order. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer. See our Shipping Policy.
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free for UK orders – we cover the return postage.
Email admin@saimaz.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with a free return label and instructions.
Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. This doesn't apply to faulty items.
We refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return, and email you when it's done. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Email us with your order number and a photo as soon as possible. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery costs. See our Refund Policy.
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched – just email us and we'll refund you in full. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Measure your mattress depth, including any topper, first – our guide to measuring mattress depth shows how. Then choose a fitted sheet with a pocket at least as deep as your mattress. Our extra deep fitted sheets come in 25cm and 40cm pocket depths.
